At Tales Store - Engraving & Elegance, we are committed to delivering your meaningful creations as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. For personalized engravings, production is typically completed the same day, it’s our specialty.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, any applicable customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to minimize any additional charges whenever possible.
Lost or Damaged Package?
Don’t worry, we’re here to help.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at talesft504@gmail.com and include your order number. We’ll take care of the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we aim to process and deliver orders within the indicated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order or request a refund, unless the delay is significant and the order has not been fulfilled within a reasonable additional timeframe.
